Hi!
I’m Corban, a rugby writer and content creator based in Hawke’s Bay.
Rugby’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember – from playing Rippa as a kid and pulling on the jersey for Napier Old Boys Marist, to representing Napier Boys’ High School and more recently running out with the Wellington Axemen.
While I’m still lacing up the boots occasionally, I’ve also been building my work behind the scenes, writing for the Hawke’s Bay Rugby Union, the Blues, nib Blues, and clubs like NOBM. From grassroots footy to Super Rugby, I’m all about capturing the moments that matter - big tackles, clutch plays, and the stories that unfold behind the scoreboard.
Whether I’m in the stands with a notepad, behind the keyboard on a match report, or filming from the sideline, I back myself to tell stories that connect with people and make rugby more accessible for fans across New Zealand.
